📋 How to Complete This Form ▼
- Enter your Oligo Name (required, max 35 characters).
- Enter or paste the Oligo Sequence (required, 6–100 nt). Use IUPAC codes only: A C G T R Y S W K M B D H V N. No spaces, numbers, or special characters. U is not accepted.
- Optionally select a 5′ Modification. If chosen, Scale will be set to 200 nmol and Purification restricted to HPLC or Cartridge.
- If a 5′ Modification is selected, you may optionally choose a compatible 3′ Modification. Selecting both restricts Purification to HPLC only. A 3′ mod cannot be chosen without a 5′ mod.
- Compatible 5′/3′ Modifications: FAM or HEX → BHQ-1 only | ROX or Cy5 → BHQ-2 only | Cy5.5 → BHQ-3 only.
- Select the Synthesis Scale: 25 nmol is compatible with Desalted purification only. 200 nmol is compatible with all purification options and is required for any modification.
- Select the Purification method. Desalted is compatible with any scale but cannot be used with modifications. Cartridge and HPLC always require 200 nmol.
- Check the status indicator (●/✓/✗) on each row — green means ready, red means there is an error to correct.
