STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Haven Scientific — Oligonucleotide Synthesis Services Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order through the Haven Scientific oligo ordering platform, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms take precedence over any conflicting terms the customer may submit.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Haven Scientific. An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written order confirmation or proforma invoice. Haven Scientific reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

3. Sequence Responsibility The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of all submitted sequences, modifications, and specifications. Haven Scientific will synthesize oligonucleotides strictly according to the submitted order and accepts no liability for errors in the submitted sequence data.

4. Pricing & Payment Prices are as stated at the time of order confirmation and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due within 21 days of invoice date. Haven Scientific reserves the right to suspend or withhold delivery in the event of outstanding payments.

5. Delivery & Turnaround Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. Haven Scientific will make every reasonable effort to meet stated timelines but accepts no liability for delays caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to synthesis complexity, quality control failures, or logistics disruptions.

6. Quality & Specifications All oligonucleotides are synthesized and quality-controlled according to Haven Scientific's internal standards. QC data (e.g., mass spec, OD measurements) will be provided with the order where applicable. Custom QC requirements must be agreed upon in writing prior to order confirmation.

7. Returns & Remakes Claims regarding product quality or specification errors attributable to Haven Scientific must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery. Accepted claims will result in a remake at no additional charge. No refunds will be issued for correctly synthesized sequences.

8. Intellectual Property Haven Scientific does not claim ownership of any sequence data submitted by customers. The customer represents that they have the right to order synthesis of the submitted sequences and that doing so does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability Haven Scientific's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. Haven Scientific is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the synthesized products.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
